Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

This policy explains what personal information Landscaping Saskatoon Pros collects from visitors to this website and customers in Saskatoon and the surrounding communities, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who it is shared with. It covers the quote form, phone enquiries, and the analytics we run on the site. We collect the minimum needed to quote and schedule work.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the name, phone number, property address or neighbourhood, the service you selected, and anything you write in the message field. When you call us we collect whatever you tell us — typically the same information.

The form also captures two technical values used solely to filter automated spam: the time between the page loading and the form being submitted, and the originating IP address of the submission. Neither is used to build a profile of you and neither is shared.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your enquiry, to arrange and carry out a quote visit, to prepare and send a written scope and price, and to schedule and perform the work if you go ahead. We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful and how visitors reach the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information including your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view. This data is processed by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms. You can block it with any standard browser setting, extension, or by declining cookies — the site works normally either way.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not run any third-party trackers beyond the analytics described above.

Who your information is shared with

Form submissions are transmitted through our website host and delivered to us by email. Those providers process the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not share customer details with other contractors, marketers, or data brokers.

We would disclose information only where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years, which covers the common case of someone getting a quote one season and going ahead the next. Records relating to completed work are kept for seven years to meet business and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call (639) 638-8899 or send the request through the contact page and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we handle information already collected will be notified to affected customers directly.
